Motion
I shoot video as well as stills — slow, cinematic underwater sequences for story, conservation and the occasional brand. The kind of footage that made me fall for the ocean in the first place.
About
I'm James — an underwater photographer, tour guide and overall shark nerd. Right now I'm shooting puffins, seals and dolphins off the coast of Northern Ireland, and hoping a basking shark turns up.
I take pictures to hold onto moments and share them with the people I care about — and the bigger plan is to put some good back into the ocean, one day with a shark charity of my own. There are prints and merch in the shop if you'd like to take a bit of it home.
